Hi! Good day to you and thank you for reading this space of mine!

My name is Jane and I reside in Singapore. I graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) in 2013 and have since started work in the corporate world.

I started this blog back in 2005 to document my daily chronicles and my myriad of interest (handicraft, cooking, travelling etc.) I have since decided to focus on travelling and some occasional excerpts of my life.

I enjoy travelling, both the planning process and the actual travelling, and derive great satisfaction watching things unfold. I share my travel experience in hope of helping others in their planning. I hope that my blog will continue to be useful and helpful to my readers.

What kind of traveller am I?
It's quite hard to pinpoint exactly what kind of traveller I am, but I think I should be a value-for-money traveller (worth-the-money traveller). I am definitely not a budget traveller as I do not go for the cheapest option. If I have to pay more for certain experience (e.g. my Norway trip), I will be more than willing to do so. This also applies to my hotel selection even though I won't be in the hotel half the time. I'm not exactly a foodie, but I do enjoy good food and will source and try out local food. Finally, as much as I love to travel with a suitcase, I will backpack if it is more convenient (e.g. Europe).

You can contact me at janetan1991@gmail.com if you have any enquires and I will do my best to help!
