Hard Rock Hotel–Sentosa Singapore

Last week, my sister booked a 2 days 1 night staycation at Hard Rock Hotel – Sentosa Singapore to celebrate her husband’s , my brother-in-law’s, birthday. And since we were free, she asked us along as well!

We decided to dine at The Chili’s, since my sister always wanted to try it out!

IMG_2980

It was a Sunday, and the crowd was massive. Long queues, shortage of waiters, and noisy environment. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable lunch since everyone were in a pretty good mood. Hey! what’s not to be happy! We ordered different dishes and shared it. Sharing is the best!

IMG_3023

Pulled Pork Bite
Didn’t really try much of this because I was very full already. The onion ring is great though!

IMG_3022

Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Great corn. hahahah. Nothing too fantastic about the ribs though. A bit too tough for my liking.

IMG_3021

Grilled Salmon w/garlic and herbs
This tastes great! But you can’t go very wrong with salmon though.

IMG_3014

Cheese Poppers
OOO! This is actually quite good! I really like it.

IMG_3011

Fajita Trio
I don’t remember trying this. HAHAHA

IMG_3015

Mushroom Swiss
Ok this was mine. I wanted Ribeye but they actually ran out of stock for Ribeye. (Say What??) So I settled for the next available beef. This is actually quite good! I really like it! It’s not too tough (I hate tough meat. And I always spit the meat out if I can’t chew it apart within 5-7 chews)

IMG_3002

Joash woke up once we reached there. I guess the culprit was the aroma of the food. Hee greedy boy!

IMG_2992IMG_2994IMG_2995

My sister who is 10 shades fairer than me. My eldest sis is almost 20 shades fairer. Life is sad.

IMG_2997IMG_2998IMG_2999

Hahahah. The food took very very long!

It was so long that I recorded a few videos of Joash dancing/shaking to our beatbox and what’s not.
“Shake it up, shake it up, shake it up baby!”

IMG_3024IMG_3025IMG_3026

I think the happiest person was Joash.

IMG_3037

I think the daddy was very happy too.

IMG_3027IMG_3028IMG_3030

I think these few photos are very nice!

IMG_3049

And a happy family by the pool.

I think the pool is one of the highlight of Hard Rock Hotel Singapore. There’s a pool for people who wants to swim laps. A beach pool (Yup that’s right, the bottom of the pool is filled with sands) coupled with sand play area. Mini play area plus a slide. And a Jacuzzi. The pool is very huge! Oh ya! There’s a bar by the pool. The last time I saw this was in Thailand. hahaha.

IMG_3034

Private access pool!

And the mini play area.

And when night came, my sister and bro-in-law went to watched Incanto. So my parents spontaneously came down to take care of Joash, together with me. I think my parents enjoyed themselves too! We brought Joash to walk around the vicinity of the hotel and Resort World Sentosa.

Hee!

Super happy grandparents.

IMG_3075

Yup that’s the end of my post! Open-mouthed smile
